[[window]] swappable [ON|OFF]

======Description:======
This boolean value controls whether you can change the visibility of this
window.  You cannot hide a visible window or unhide an invisible window 
while it's [[window swappable]] value is OFF.  

The only exception is when all of the invisible windows have this value
turned off.  You would not be able to swap a visible window out.  In this
case, the [[window last|last]] window is considered swappable no matter what
it's [[window swappable]] value is.
