$uhc(<broken nick!user@host>)

This function finishes a partially-complete nick!user@host.

It can be used to make a matching nick!user@host in an alias that doesn't know what part of the nick!user@host was written.

completed nick!user@host

$uhc(nick)                       returns "nick!*@*"
$uhc(user@host.com)              returns "*!user@host.com"
$uhc(*.host.com)                 returns "*!*@*.host.com"
