Synopsis:

$yn(<level> <number>)

Technical:

Returns the linearly independant bessel function of the second kind of the order <level> for <number>.
If the <level> or <number> argument is omitted the empty string is returned.
As always, the return value is limited to 6 decimal places.
As always, DOM or RANGE means there was an error.

Returns:

The bessel function of the second kind of the order <level> for <number>.
